Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.
We are looking for Engineers who can
- Provide technical and people leadership to SRE team members
- Continuously work to improve the reliability, stability, and performance of Enterprise Platforms (EP)
- Areas of focus include SLO standardization, implementation of automation, risk management (EOL / vulnerabilities), incident / problem and capacity management
- Coordinate / interact with other EP functions to drive overall efficiencies for the organization
- Participate in periodic on-call escalations based on incident severity and established SLA’s
- Lead by example, creating a healthy and professional people culture around him / her, encouraging creativity, growing and inspiring others.
- Compile KPIs and evangelize the adoption of best practices in relation to performance and reliability across the organization
- Oversee and report on project status, delegate assignments against defined schedules and milestones.
- Communicate complete and timely status reports to Sr. Leadership
