Job Title: Dedicated Skilled Nursing Provider

As a Dedicated Skilled Nursing Provider with IntelliChoice Home Care, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one nursing care to patients with critical and complex needs. You will work closely with our respiratory therapists to deliver high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
We require a CURRENT LPN license, CPR certification (no online classes accepted), and a TB skin test (current within last 12 months). A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
