The Role
In this role, you will provide direct patient care in the home, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work with our respiratory therapists to develop and implement effective care plans.
Key Qualifications
- Current LPN license
- CPR certification (in-person classes only)
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
