You will collaborate directly with CNMF operators and analysts to understand their mission needs while leveraging the existing knowledge, capabilities, and tools of our established DATs. With exposure to advanced AI/ML technologies like LLM (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), you will design, develop, and deploy innovative tools and applications that address complex mission challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CNMF operators and analysts to understand mission workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Respond to user feedback by enhancing existing tools and resolving reported issues proactively
- Gather requirements and rapidly develop prototype solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Leverage existing DAT and AIMASSIST capabilities, integrating them to support CNMF missions effectively
- Build intuitive and scalable user interfaces using modern frameworks
- Hone and deploy effective LLM and RAG capabilities, enhancing their accessibility and impact
- Establish customer relationships, prioritize tasks, and provide visibility into the impact of your work on the mission
- Develop and implement features across multiple code bases to meet diverse requirements
Key Technologies and Skills
- Courage to ask questions, gather feedback, and deliver impactful solutions
- Exceptional communication skills focused on achieving mission success and ensuring user satisfaction
- Strong user interface development experience (React, Next.JS, or other modern UI libraries)
- Proficiency with middleware frameworks (e.g., Express, Flask, Spring, or FastAPI)
- Competence in basic system administration, software installation, and networking
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and automated build pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Passion for observability tools such as Elastic, Grafana, and APM
- Experience integrating software with LLM and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Python expertise in production-grade development
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, or Swarm)
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Redis, Kafka, Nginx, AWS, and HAProxy
- Prior work with CNO, USCC, CNMF, or cybersecurity-related projects
- Excellent task management and documentation practices using Jira
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 3 years of relevant experience
- Substitution: Four additional years of software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree
- Clearance:TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Citizenship:Must be a U.S. Citizen
