Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
- Lead the design and development activities, ensuring alignment with system requirements
- Guide users in formulating requirements, evaluate alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies
- Provide technical leadership in the integration of requirements, design, and technology
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and design documents
- Incorporate new designs and systems into ongoing operations seamlessly
- Prepare and assess system engineering management plans and system integration test plans
- Act as the primary point of contact for Systems Engineering technical considerations with government and program personnel
- Maintain the technical integrity of all deliverables within the area of Systems Engineering responsibility
- Communicate effectively with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives to resolve issues and align technical direction
- Strong background in Systems Engineering principles, from requirements analysis to integration and delivery
- Expertise in developing system architecture, design documentation, and technical plans
- Ability to guide and support the development and implementation of complex technical systems
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with government and program stakeholders
- Experience working with diverse engineering teams to meet mission-critical objectives
- Twenty (20) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Clearance:TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Citizenship:Must be a U.S. Citizen
