What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Intelligen?
1. Core Responsibilities
a. Perform functional behavior assessments and document in the Information Network(FIN)
b. Obtain necessary consents and document in FIN
c. Design and write: BTPs, quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments
d. Inservice behavior treatment plans
e. Provide continual assessments as per the policy for new residents
f. Provide staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, structured routines, coping skills training and redirection strategies.
g. Consult with treatment team to problem solve and make programmatic changes
h. Attend meetings as needed:
a. Weekly program meetings
b. All staff meetings c. Lead meetings
d. Preplanning meetings
e. Core group meetings (as needed)
f. Person centered planning meetings
g. Behavior management review committee (as needed)
i. Consult with provider and treatment team regarding policies and procedures in clinical care j. Consult with psychiatrist and other medical professionals as needed to coordinate medication with treatment plans
k. Model and monitor program implementation
l. Provide progress reviews on a quarterly basis at minimum
m. Flexibility and commitment to work the hours and times required to perform the responsibilities of the job, including evenings and weekends as may be necessary
2. Effective Teamwork & Communication
a. Utilize all communication tools including FIN
b. Maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with all management
c. Maintain and advocate for all residents’ rights
d. Complete any additional task assigned by the Clinical Director
3. Requirements
