Job Title: Janitor General Purpose: Cleaning Dr's Offices
This position keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition.
Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and removing rubbish.
Primary Accountabilities*:
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
• Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Candidates must be “fit to work”
• Walk long distances quickly
• Bend over and reach over head
• Be punctual with good attendance
• Work on knees for short periods of time
• Walk up and down stairs
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs
. Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Must have a drivers License
