Rate : 70-80 / hour
CLIENT) is seeking a Conversational Artificial Intelligence (CAI) Solution Architect to drive the overall user experience for a CAI platform that is helping our members to get answers to their health insurance questions through the channel of their choice. In this role, the chosen candidate will be responsible for leading the solution design and implementation of the overall user experience. This role is responsible for the big picture thinking, strategic direction, presenting to key stakeholders, and holding engineering teams accountable for overarching delivery goals.
Required Qualifications
12 years of experience in software development, enterprise architecture, or a similar role.
5 years of experience with AI development tools.
5 years of experience in Python or Java.
5 years in AI framework libraries and AI tooling platforms.
5 years with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
5 years of experience with developing and implementing target architectures.
Proven track record of designing and implementing conversational AI solutions, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS architectures, and modern technologies such as machine learning and AI.
Prior experience with large healthcare, media, entertainment, or technology companies.
Knowledge of API interfaces required to support conversational dialog.
Experience with scaled agile (SAFe) methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building multi-channel conversational bots with Watson Assistant (voice and text as primary channels including Watson Assistant with Phone Integration).
Knowledge of IBM SaaS services supporting Watson Assistant (speech-to-text, text-to-speech).
Experience with Miro, LucidChart, Visio dialogue flow development.

Designing and architecting robust conversational AI solutions that deliver a seamless user experience across channels.
Evaluating and selecting the most suitable technologies and tools to optimize chat solutions with an emphasis on leveraging advanced techniques such as AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native platforms.
Researching and proposing technical strategies. Studying and documenting architectural frameworks and reference material. Designing and modifying components of new and existing IT systems and vendor offerings to promote integrated corporate business systems.
Driving continuous improvement in engineering practices through automation, performance optimization, and code quality enhancements.
Embodying a deep technical expertise and thought leadership that will help evangelize, foster, and accelerate the adoption of conversational solutions.
Exploring, anticipating, and proactively responding to future customer, industry, and IT trends.
