Starting Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000 (based on experience)
Uncapped Commission Structure: Additional incentives for exceeding quarterly targets

Your Mission
As a Military Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving ICP’s growth within the federal contracting space. This includes:
Generating sales through the DLA and GSA marketplace
Supporting procurement needs across all military branches
Identifying new business opportunities within the Department of Defense (DOD) and Federal space
Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with military and federal customers
Presenting ICP’s comprehensive solutions to potential clients
Developing proposals and quotations that align with client needs
Supporting the full procurement cycle—from inquiry to delivery
Collaborating with subject matter experts and training teams to develop winning strategies
Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management
What You Bring to the Fight
We are looking for a motivated and skilled sales professional who can contribute to our mission and drive results. Here’s what you’ll need:
Proven experience in federal/DOD sales preferred
Strong knowledge of DLA/TLS and GSA contracting processes
In-depth understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Excellent relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach
A self-motivated, hunter mentality with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for candidates with strong relevant experience
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
Experience with or knowledge of multiple military service branches is a plus but not required
