Paralegal - HYBRID - Government ContractorPOSITION DESCRIPTION : Intelligence Federal seeks a Paralegal to support a Federal Government Agency. Our ideal candidate is experienced with paralegal methods and procedures, people-focused, a team player, and attentive to our client's needs.This is a full-time position and eligible for benefits through our company. Intelligence Federal was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in 2024 by the Washington Business Journal.JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
- Support Agency attorneys with discovery and case management.
- Drafts and analyzes documents.
- Conducting legal research using electronic databases.
- Assist with trial preparation including preparing exhibits, monitoring filing deadlines, and proofreading documents.
- Handle legal administrative matters as requested.SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL
- Must be able to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance
- Must be a US CitizenQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS & SELECTION CRITERIA
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a paralegal.
- Knowledge of Paralegal methods, practices, and procedures.
- Proficient in litigation discovery software.
- Must be able to use Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well within groups handling large volumes of work.
