The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.Mandatory Requirements : Recognized expertise on the Korean Peninsula and knowledge of the IC's Korea analytic community, and collection issues sufficient to lead the IC's analytic production and identity collection requirements.Superior capability to direct interagency, interdisciplinary IC teams against a range of functional and / or regional analytical issues.Expert interpersonal, organizational, and management skills to conceptualize and effectively lead complex analytic projects.Expert communication skills, including the ability to exert influence with senior leadership and communicate effectively with people at all staff levels, both internal and external to the organization, to give oral presentations and to otherwise represent the NIC in interagency meetings.Superior critical thinking skills and the ability to prepare finished intelligence assessments and other written products with an emphasis on clear organization, concise, and logical presentation.Superior ability to execute senior-level guidance in a fast-paced environment and superior ability to translate strategic goals into specific objectives with appropriate metrics and methods to track progress towards meeting those goals.Master's degree.Desired Requirement : Proficiency at Reading level 3, Speaking level 3 and / or Listening level 3 is desired in the following language : Korean.A selected candidate who has the desired foreign language capability in at least one of the desired modalities may qualify for language use pay in the ODNI if he or she has current test scores at the minimum proficiency levels in each modality as specified.
