Performs a wide range of difficult analytical, mathematical or operations research theories, principles, and practices in support of costs activities, research gathering and organizing techniques and methods using analytic tools or techniques.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
Demonstrated expertise with database design, data management, data layer implementation, data sharing via APIs, for large data capabilities.
Application of deep / machine learning principles and practices using multiple data modalities (i.e., text, images, audio, and video) to solve intelligence problems.
Knowledge of data science-related commercial and open-source software tools.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS :
A. Degree : Mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science or field directly related to the position. The degree must be in a major field of study (at least at the baccalaureate level) that is appropriate for the position.
B. Combination of education and experience : Courses equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours) as shown in paragraph A above, plus additional education or appropriate experience.
