- IntelliGenesis is seeking a experienced Senior UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user experience design and front-end development, with the ability to translate high-level requirements and user flows into functional prototypes and polished final products. This role demands a creative self-starter who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing
- UI/UX Design & Prototyping
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq
- Develop user flow diagrams using LucidChart, Draw.io, or equivalent software
- Translate user and business requirements into intuitive interfaces while maintaining brand consistency
- Front-End Development
- Build, test, and maintain responsive and accessible web layouts using HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and other modern frameworks
- Leverage WordPress and page builders (e.g., Elementor) for rapid deployment and updates to marketing sites
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and optimize site performance
- Agile Project Management
- Work within an Agile environment, using Jira and Confluence for task management, documentation, and sprint planning
- Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
- Email Marketing & Graphic Design
- Design and deploy email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Blueshift, Vertical Response, and ConstantContact
- Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to support product and brand initiatives
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead cross-functional design discussions, balancing user needs with business objectives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and developers on best practices in UX, design systems, and front-end development
- Participate in stakeholder reviews and user testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Master's degree
- Experience with Linux, Docker, Python and JavaScript required
- Experience with prototype development and testing
