BlueHalo is in search of Exploitation Analysts (all levels) to join our team. As an Exploitation Analyst with our Intel division, you will be working closely with other technical experts where you will play a crucial role in skillfully using specialized tools and tradecraft to drive the CNO mission forward. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player who enjoys solving some of the world’s toughest problems. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.

You'd like to do this
- Conduct in-depth target analysis and research
- Develop innovative tradecraft, exploitation techniques, and concepts of operation
- Work closely with operators and partners to effectively analyze and process intelligence information
- Provide subject matter expertise to not only the customer but all parts of the organization
- Identify bespoke related problems and provide technical assistance for a variety of problems
- Adapt to new information, changing conditions, and unexpected obstacles
- Prior exploitation analyst experience
- Knowledge of computer security principles, vulnerability analysis, and exploitation methods
- Deep knowledge of the concepts, principles, and methods for network connectivity (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, etc.)
- This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain an active federal security clearance, TS/SCI clearance with a poly is required
- Open-source research background
- Experience using learning management systems to conduct technical training
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks and Python scripting
- Customer enterprise tool expertise

Salary : $85,000 - $205,000
