Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues (e.g., hardware malfunctions, software problems).
- Assist in network monitoring and perform routine system checks.
- Help with system upgrades, software patches, and user account management.
- Support the documentation of IT processes, including software and hardware configurations.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the company’s network infrastructure.
- Perform data backup, recovery tasks, and help with the implementation of data security protocols.
- Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Participate in IT projects and assist with research and testing of new technology solutions.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and other operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
