Salary: $50,000-65,000 ($80k-120k OTE)
Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday- Friday 09:00-5:30)

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Tradeshow Event Sales executive to help us grow our Data & Analytics / People Analytics portfolios.
Responsibilities:
Each quarter, you will conduct in-depth research about a relevant topic and current trends within a selected industry. Identifying the most important influencers and experts while securing the best possible distribution channels. When funding your campaign, you must pitch the campaign and the IELA’s products to the right clients. To be successful in the sales process, it is paramount that you have a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and that you are able to identify which products in our portfolio will match the expectations and goals for the client’s participation in the publication. In the last weeks before the launch of the campaign, you will work with our production team to ensure that all content elements are compliant with the goals of the campaign and your client’s expectations.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales and / or customer service is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Candidates must have strong communication skills and thrive in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in both office and remote environments. Must have exceptional time management skills and work ethic.
Able to provide high-value sales deals and meet sales deadlines and quotas, preferably in a B2B or solution-selling environment.
