Join our dynamic team as an Electronic Assembly Production Lead. You will spearhead our post-SMT operations, directly overseeing the assembly of electronic components, ensuring every product meets our high standards of quality.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Orchestrate production activities, ensuring seamless cable, board, and system assembly.
- Turn strategic plans into action by effectively communicating responsibilities within the team.
- Guide and support team leaders, fostering a productive work environment.
- Guarantee adherence to processes to maintain production excellence.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and annual reviews to uplift team performance.
- Not only implement but actively engage with Engineering Changes and Manufacturing Deviations.
- Adapt swiftly to evolving production schedules.
- Champion improvements in processes.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Additional tasks as suited by the management's needs.
Your Collaborative Network
Engage with various interfaces including managers, peers, and production staff, while managing a spirited team.
Your decisions hold significant weight, impacting production outcomes and customer satisfaction.
The Expertise We Seek
- Exemplary leadership and supervision.
- Command of digital tools like ERP, Microsoft Office, and Unicam.
- Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 is essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail and unmatched organizational skills.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication, along with conflict resolution.
- An invigorating sense of urgency.
Your Background
- High School diploma or GED as a minimum.
- 5 years in electronic industries with a minimum of 3 years in leadership.
