Your Role in Quality Excellence
As the resident expert in electronic assemblies, you'll be at the helm of inspecting and verifying intricate printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring that every detail meets rigorous standards. Your day will be filled with:
- Examining assemblies for flaws and ensuring components are appropriately soldered, adhering to IPC standards.
- Confirming that all engineering and customer requirements are met, including up-to-date prints and schematics.
- Assessing and documenting the status of products, whether to approve or reject.
- Overseeing changes to engineering documentation to ensure compliance before products ship.
- Guiding the team through quality protocols based on ISO and IPC standards.
- Ensuring the calibration of inspection equipment is timely and accurate.
- Maintaining meticulous records as per QMS guidelines and industry regulations.
The Impact You’ll Make
As an influential leader, you will manage up to 10 QC Inspectors, being the strategic mind in quality assurance that steers your team towards maintaining stellar product quality and customer satisfaction.
The Skills You’ll Need
Bring your deep expertise in IPC standards and excellent communication skills to lead your team effectively. A profound understanding of ISO and ITAR regulations will be essential to navigate the inspection landscapes effectively.
Background & Certifications
- Proven track record with 5-10 years in QC for PCBA manufacturing.
- Certification in IPC-610 is critical; ASQ certification is advantageous.

Proficiencies Required:
