Job Summary
The lead generator will focus on researching, identifying, and qualifying business opportunities for the Sales team. While the primary function will be lead generation, the role may also involve assisting with overflow sales activities as needed, such as initial outreach, follow-up, and sales presentations. This is an onsite role, with occasional travel for trade shows and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online channels, industry events, and other resources. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and lead generation platforms to identify and validate leads.
- Analyze and qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company’s target audience. Verify lead information, including company size, industry, and decision-maker contacts.
- Accurately import and update lead information in the CRM System. Keep up-to-date records of all lead activities and statuses.
- Ensure smooth handoff of leads to the sales team, providing detailed insights and contact information. Communicate effectively to assist with outreach efforts.
- Assist the Sales Team with initial outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing. Participate in preliminary sales presentations and meetings. Help drive sales opportunities forward.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Share feedback to enhance lead generation strategies.
- Track and report lead generation metrics (e.g., number of leads generated and qualified). Identify trends and areas for improvement.

Skills Required
Strong communication and proficiency in Computer fluency with Microsoft Suite and various software applications (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
