Your Role Snapshot: Delve into cutting-edge technology with lead-free, no-clean solder applications, utilizing precision techniques involving microscope-assisted soldering and heat gun operations.

• Superior knowledge in soldering of Through-hole and SMT components is crucial.
• Interpret and follow Visual Aids; compliance with instructions and predefined guidelines is essential.
• Maintain exemplary workplace cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure the highest quality and precision in your work.

Accountabilities & Scope: Collaborate across teams, no direct reports, and carry out soldering tasks to completion under general supervision.

Impact: Direct influence on product quality.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Training in specific soldering techniques and strict adherence to IPC-610 standards.
• Potential for training and guiding peers.
• Foster creativity and diverse judgement in task execution.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. 2 years relevant experience.

Employment Terms:
Type: Full-time
Remuneration: $22.00 - $27.00/hr plus 10% differential
