JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Electronics / Mechanical Assembler III
Reports to: Supervisor / Manager
**Job Summary
**
- Assemble electronics according to product specifications.
- Soldering under mgalight shileded cables
- Fine pitch capabilities or experience with wires to host
- Follows Visual Aids to put together Mechanical and Electronic products.
- Using hand and power tools and other assembly equipment.
- Utilize quality practices and procedures to assure that the assemblies are accurately and effectively manufactured.
- Maintains a clean, neat and orderly area.
- Responsible for the quality and accuracy of own work.

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS
**
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Experience with soldering equipment and wires to host
- Experience with clean room environment
- Excellent knowledge of IPC-610 workmanship requirements.
- Understanding of ESD Protocols
- Absolute attention to detail
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to adapt to various tasks in a fast paced environment
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required
**EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
**
- High School diploma and or GED or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of IPC
- Experience with optics preferred (i.e. assemblies that include lenses, etc)
- At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
