What Your Role Looks Like:
Imagine receiving your morning briefing, positioning yourself for the day’s challenges. Will you prioritize mentoring team leaders, or is today's focus on optimizing production schedules? Your daily decisions play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
- Manage production of cable, board, and system assemblies.
- Lead with clarity, steering the team with well-defined goals and expectations.
- Mentor and elevate your team leaders.
- Ensure precision in all production techniques and practices.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, setting the standard for improvement.
- Masterfully navigate Engineering Changes and Manufacturing Deviations.
- Be the backbone of schedule adaptability in fast-paced scenarios.
- Be a catalyst for procedural enhancement, optimizing existing practices.
- Keep the working environment pristine and orderly.
- Take on supplementary duties as directed.
Who You'll Work With:
An array of talented individuals across departments, including managers and engineers, with your core focus on guiding production personnel.
Your strategic decisions will drive our output and directly impact customer satisfaction.
Skills We Value:
- Strong leadership with a knack for supervision.
- Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office, and Unicam software.
- An applied knowledge of IPC-A-610, ideally certified.
- Attention to detail and meticulous organization.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Proactive conflict resolution and a rapid response mindset.
Your Experience:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- 5 years in electronics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Your Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
