Looking for a new challenge in Manchester, NH? Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions, LLC, is seeking a Precision Soldering Specialist for our dynamic team. This full-time position is designed for individuals comfortable with a second-shift schedule, with initial training provided during the first shift. Enjoy a 10% pay differential while contributing your expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Mastery in lead-free and no-clean soldering techniques using microscopes and heat guns.
• Skillful handling of Through-hole and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components.
• Adherence to Visual Aids and established guidelines to ensure precision in manufacturing.
• Commitment to quality practices and procedures that ensure manufacturing excellence.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work environment while managing personal work quality.

Who You'll Connect With:

• Collaborate with inter-company personnel to drive success.
• No direct management of others is required, but you'll be part of a cohesive team.

Decisions:

Follow written processes to expertly complete products at the soldering stage, impacting overall product quality.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in soldering.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 (plus a 10% differential)
