Data/Business Analyst

As a Data/Business Analyst, you will wear two important hats—transforming data into meaningful insights and enhancing business processes to drive operational efficiency. Your ability to bridge the gap between data and business needs will directly impact key decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.).
  

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize business trends, KPIs, and operational performance.
  

• Provide actionable insights based on data findings to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  

• Business Analysis & Process Improvement:
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to gather and document business requirements.
  

• Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement to increase operational efficiency.
  

• Develop business cases for new projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  

• Stakeholder Communication:
  

• Present complex data analysis in an easily understandable format to non-technical stakeholders.
  

• Create clear documentation of business requirements, processes, and analysis results.
  

• Support ongoing reporting and monitoring of business performance, ensuring the organization remains on track to meet its objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analysis or business analysis role.
  

• Proven ability to analyze and interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  

• Strong experience using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  

• Proficiency in data analysis techniques (regression analysis, trend analysis,...).
  

• Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL,...) is a plus.
  

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
  

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  

Preferred/Plus Points:

• Experience in industries such as e-commerce, finance, healthcare, or technology is a bonus.
  

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Data Analyst.
  

• Tableau or Power BI certifications.
  

• Knowledge of Advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience in data modeling or data warehousing is a plus.
