Job Description
We're looking for a experienced Program Manager to work for the US DoS’ Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC) oversee and ensure delivery of all performance under the contract. The PM will be responsible for contract delivery to the COR, and GTMs for performance and delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and ensure contract performance, including subordinate task orders.
- Report to the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Representative, and Government Task Managers.
- Supervise site managers and ensure quality recruiting, hiring, personnel management, training, and support.
- Serve as the focal point for all contractor functions related to contract performance.
- Interact with government officials to ensure performance across all contract tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and maintain operations.
- Provide technical advice and assistance.
- Manage human resources, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, developing, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Plan, establish, and review compensation actions and enforce policies.
- Ensure timely reporting, personnel provision, and implementation of contract requirements.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing performance of personnel.
- Ensure professional development training.
- Oversee on-time delivery of requirements, invoicing, and fiscal management.
- Address and correct any negative behavior by contractor personnel.

Requirements
U.S. Citizen with a TOP SECRET security clearance Bachelor's degree in business, management, or security-related field 15 years of experience managing large government contracts 5 years of experience as a program manager responsible for meeting contract requirements 5 years of leadership / supervisory experience Demonstrated ability to manage contracts over $30 million and a workforce of over 200 personnel Experience with Department of State policies Experience with security operations of U.S. embassies and consulates abroad Ability to perform all listed responsibilities and demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills Experience in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government programs Experience as an instructor or manager of adult education programs for security. Salary : $90,000 - $160,000
