Job Responsibilities
Expected Results:
- Work with the Project Manager to champion the successful implementation of key projects, meeting client requirements and timelines.
- Drive the optimization of IT system performance and reliability by proactively addressing challenges.
- Enhance team collaboration and communication, contributing to the success of every project.
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects successfully
- Technical proficiency in infrastructure components and systems.
- Technical proficiency in configuring and deploying various infrastructure changes, including firewalls, servers, networking, and wireless.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach to project execution.
- Experience working with remote teams is desired.
- Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting experience for different technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, networks, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, and at times high-pressure consulting environment.
- Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise is required.
- Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple Clients is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle that you can use for traveling to and from clients' offices and our offices.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
- Windows Server Environment Setup
- DNS and DHCP
- Storage Solutions such as NFS and SMB
- SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
- Equipment Setup and Deployment
- Dell and HPE Server Chassis
Ideal candidates also have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
- Network Switches from Ubiquiti
- Firewalls from Sophos
- Wireless Access Points (WAPs) from Ubiquiti
- NAS solutions from QNAP and Synology
- Hypervisor Setup and Configuration
- Cloud Platform Deployments
- Azure AD and Cloud Server
- Apple MDM
