About The Role:
Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager III - Medication Products to join our team in Columbus, OH reporting to the Chief Product and Marketing. As a Product Manager III - Medication Products, you will be responsible for driving product development and strategic management for the Intelliguard line of acute care products including the Mira Prep, Mira Care, and related medication management verticals. This includes managing sustaining existing products and new product development for both hardware and software. The Product Manager III will manage the commercialization of current and future Intelliguard acute care products and features as they work cross functionally with Clients and teammates. The Product Manager III will assist in creating the roadmap of potential products and feature expansion opportunities, design product requirements, and maintain a backlog of opportunities for expansion across the Intelliguard enterprise.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drives the product development process by identifying market requirements and customer needs through gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) information and creating the vision for our multi-generational product roadmap.
- Responsible for Translate VOC insights and developing Product Requirements (PR) and Product Specifications (PS) that deliver growth for the product category based on customer input and market needs.
- Acts as the internal Subject Matter Expert for the Intelliguard enterprise of products. Functions as an internal champion for the product category and as a primary field contact for product related questions. Seeks out new market and product expansion opportunities.
- Works closely with Downstream Marketing partners and external partners to explore new market and product opportunities, building and presenting business cases as necessary.
- Works closely and collaboratively with R&D, Application Development, Operations, Commercial Marketing, Business Development, Client Relations, Implementation, and Sales to lead to timely product development.
- Conducts User Acceptance training on all software and hardware products prior to release.
- Manage hardware and software product release notes, documentation, and release communications for internal and external parties.
- Manage the creation of product manuals and product use documentation, partnering with necessary QA and regulatory parties for release.
- Works closely with clinical Key Opinion Leaders and champions the addition of new KoL’s as necessary.
- As needed, represents the company and product category during medical conferences, sales meetings, and customer visits, and supports our sales channel during training events and customer conversations.
- Partners with the VP of marketing to monitor competitive activity, market drivers, and external constraints and provides pertinent updates to management.
- Participates in both software and hardware stand-up and project planning meetings and discussions.
- Follow proper QA and regulatory requirements for documentation release and publication.
- Adheres to company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, as well as other legal and Regulatory directives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge, experience, and track record of success related to marketing principles, product management, and the product development process.
- Working knowledge in the following disciplines: Marketing, clinical, business opportunity assessments, and pricing.
- General understanding of inventory management for the healthcare space.
- Experience with taking a product from concept to market and post release support.
- Analytical capabilities, persuasive and informative writing skills, and the tenacity to develop ideas
- independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High-Level understanding of customer needs, the competitive landscape, and an ability translate customer needs into features.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding customer service
- 5 years related experience in a combination of product management and/or product marketing.
- Experience in healthcare and/or medical device product management and/or product marketing preferred but not required.
- Experience educating and interacting with physician and other clinical customers.
- Experience working with and training seasoned sales individuals.
- Experience taking a product from concept phase through commercialization and life cycle management. Experience working with both hardware and software teams for product development purposes.
- BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Health Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
- MBA or advanced marketing and/or product management training, desirable.

Other Information:
- Onsite role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
- Travel Expectations: Up to 35% Travel, domestically and throughout North America.
