Come join us!About The Role : The DevOps Engineer role is responsible for a results-driven DevOps Engineer to streamline and automate our software delivery and infrastructure management processes. The DevOps will be adept at optimizing workflows, managing cloud infrastructure, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They will need to have a strong background in automation, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code practices.What You'll Be Doing : Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines for seamless application delivery.Automate infrastructure provisioning management using Terraform.Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) for optimal performance and scalability.Collaborate with development teams to enhance build, test, and deployment processes.Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.Foster a DevOps culture by promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.Perform other duties as assigned.We Would Love To Hear From You, If : Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS (e.g., ECS, S3, Lambda).Proficiency with CI / CD tools like Azure DevOps, TeamCity, BitBucket Pipelines.Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Preferred Qualifications : Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).Knowledge of agile and DevOps methodologies.Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, DCA or CKA.Why You Should Join Us : Generous Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, 10 Holidays, Floating Holiday Time)401K with Employer MatchLife / AD&D and Long-Term Disability (LTD)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Voluntary Life / AD&D Optional PlansPet PlanTo play a part in helping hospitals and health systems continuously improve the environment of safety around every medication decision!Other Information : Onsite role in San Diego, CA or Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)The essential functions of the job are usually performed in an office setting, in an indoor, temperature-controlled environment.
