Full-time Security Officer Position
Description
We are excited to announce that we are hiring for a full-time security officer position at a prestigious Luxury Residential High-rise in Oakland, CA!
This role requires an individual who can work the following schedule and are available for immediate start in Oakland, CA:
Sunday to Thursday 1:00am to 9:00am
Friday to Monday 1:00am to 9:00am
Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and visitors.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to detect suspicious activities or emergencies.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and take appropriate action according to established protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service to all individuals while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Complete thorough and accurate reports documenting observations, incidents, and actions taken.
- Collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies and other emergency services as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1 years security experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- CA Guard Card
- Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
