About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You’ll play a vital role in driving growth by engaging new clients and building strong relationships.
· No Cold Calling! You’ll work with inbound leads - Airbnb hosts and property managers who have already shown interest in our solutions by filling out a lead form.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage and nurture warm and hot leads who have inquired about IntelliHost’s services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, applying industry-specific knowledge to establish trust.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase IntelliHost’s SaaS platform, addressing common pain points faced by short-term rental Hosts and Property Managers.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of IntelliHost solutions, tailoring your approach to the needs of each client.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position IntelliHost in the market.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in sales, ideally within SaaS or the real estate/short-term rental industry (Preferred but not required.)
- Prior experience as an Airbnb host or short-term rental property manager is highly preferred.
- Passion for learning and professional growth: You want to develop your sales skills in an environment that rewards hard work and ambition.

Compensation & Benefits
- $30,000 Base Salary Uncapped Commissions: $100,000 OTE in First Year
- Paid Time Off
