Job Description:
Join Intelliknow as an Area Coach (5-7 Units) and take your restaurant leadership career to the next level! We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader with a strong background in multi-unit restaurant management and full-service dining experience. This role offers a structured transition period of 1-1.5 years, during which you'll start as a General Manager, receive 6-12 months of hands-on training, and then step into the Area Coach position—while receiving the same Area Coach salary throughout.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations for 5-7 restaurant locations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor General Managers to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies for sales growth, cost control, and staff retention.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and safety regulations across all units.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Implement company policies and best practices to drive consistency across all locations.
- Foster a positive, high-energy workplace culture that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Serve as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and restaurant teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service dine-in restaurant environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple restaurant locations with a strong track record of success.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive business performance.
