Job Description:
Intelliknow is looking for an experienced Area Coach to oversee 5-7 restaurant units in Warsaw, IN. This role is ideal for a highly motivated leader with a background in full-service dining and multi-unit restaurant management. The selected candidate will undergo a transition period of 6 months to 1 year, starting as a General Manager, before fully stepping into the Area Coach role—all while receiving the Area Coach salary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Train, develop, and mentor General Managers and their teams.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards in food quality, customer service, and team performance.
- Monitor financial performance of each unit, including budgets, sales, and profitability.
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Lead hiring, training, and retention efforts to build strong restaurant teams.
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and execute action plans.
- Foster a positive work culture that supports teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service dine-in restaurant.
- Proven multi-unit restaurant management experience is required.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in restaurant operations, inventory management, and labor cost control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
