Job Description:
Intelliknow is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in the full-service dining industry and restaurant management. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and smooth workflow.
- Manage and train staff to maintain efficiency, teamwork, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective stock management.
- Handle customer concerns, resolve issues, and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and performance management of employees.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with upper management to improve processes and enhance restaurant profitability.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer retention.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager.
- 5-6 years of experience in the full dine-in industry.
- 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Experience managing multiple restaurant units is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
