Job Description:
Join the Intelliknow team as an Assistant Manager, where you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team in a full-service dine-in restaurant environment. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in restaurant management and experience in handling multi-unit restaurant operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members to meet performance standards.
- Maintain inventory, manage budgets, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer service concerns and ensure a top-notch dining experience.
- Implement and uphold company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth.
- Monitor staff schedules and optimize workflow.
- Provide leadership and support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a restaurant setting.
- 5-6 years of experience in the full dine-in industry.
- 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Previous experience managing multi-unit restaurant locations is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
