Job Description:
Intelliknow is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee and enhance business operations at our Logansport, IN location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in daily activities, optimizing processes, and leading a team towards achieving company goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Oversee daily business operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and performance management.
Lead and mentor a team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor financial performance and develop cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflow and achieve company objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing business operations and leading teams.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.
Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business management software.
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
