Job Description:
Intelliknow is seeking a General Manager with a minimum of 5 years of full-service experience in restaurant management. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of full dine-in operations to oversee day-to-day business functions, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and top-tier customer service.
- Manage staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations to create a strong, customer-focused team.
- Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and supply orders to optimize budget and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitability and maintain financial health.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
- Drive marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze business performance metrics and adjust operational strategies as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service dine-in restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in team leadership, staff management, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Location Requirement: Must live within 30 minutes of Ligonier, IN.
