Job Description:
Intelliknow is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our full-service restaurant in Warsaw, IN. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full dine-in service and the ability to oversee daily operations efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing training, mentorship, and support.
- Maintain high-quality food and service standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
- Develop staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage and operational efficiency.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to marketing initiatives.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service dine-in restaurant.
- Proven expertise in restaurant management, including operations, staffing, and financial oversight.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Must reside within 30 minutes of the job location.
