Job Description:
Intelliknow is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in Marion, IN. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills to drive the success of our business. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can oversee daily operations while ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead and motivate employees, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to keep the business competitive.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies effectively.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
