Job Title: Attorney – Labor and Employment
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year
Location: On-site –300 Ottawa Avenue, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 40 – 50 Hours Per Week
Job Type: Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation independently or with minimal supervision.
- Prepare legal briefs, pleadings, and trial materials.
- Represent clients in motion hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Advise clients on employment-related legal matters.
- Respond to EEOC and MDCR charges effectively.
- Determine and execute litigation strategies.
- Assist with pretrial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Michigan State Bar or eligible for prompt admission.

Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in employment-related litigation and client counseling.
- Ability to independently handle litigation and client matters.

- Some portable business preferred.
