Job Description:
Intelliknow is looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to oversee operations and ensure smooth workflow at our fast-paced restaurant in Midland, MI. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, multitasking abilities, and experience in the fast food industry, including drive-thru operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure proper shift coverage.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shift Manager in the fast food industry.
- Experience working in drive-thru restaurant operations is preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple teams.
- Must be located within a 40-minute commute of the job location.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
