Job Title: Shift Lead

Pay: $17 - $18 per hour (No Overtime)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Shift Lead to join our team in Warsaw, IN. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in full-service restaurant operations (not fast food) and
demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and support team members to meet performance and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Assist with staff training and development to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a full-service restaurant setting (fast food experience
not considered).
Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Background Check: No criminal history involving violence, theft, or DUI offenses.
Appearance: No visible tattoos on hands, face, or neck that cannot be mostly covered.
Job Stability: Demonstrated history of job longevity in previous roles.
