As a Door Hanger Distributor, your primary responsibility will be to distribute promotional materials (door hangers) to homes in targeted neighborhoods. These door hangers will contain information about our services for Fiber Internet, with a focus on encouraging potential customers to contact our sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, and comfortable engaging with the community, and will ensure that each door hanger is placed accurately and professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Distribute door hangers in designated residential areas. Ensure door hangers are placed on each residential door. Follow designated routes to ensure maximum coverage in target areas. Keep track of the number of door hangers distributed through App and text back via SLACK or group text message. Arrange to pick up or have door hangers dropped off.
Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or promotional work is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. Must have access to reliable transportation for the distribution route. Attention to detail to ensure correct placement of door hangers. Ability to handle any questions or concerns from residents in a professional manner.
Work Conditions: Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Salary: 0.33 per door hanger placed (avg. $18-22/hour)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on candidate availability.
