- B Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5 PM – 5 AM | $46.20/hr
- C Shift: Thursday – Sunday | 5 AM – 5 PM | $46.62/hr
- D Shift: Thursday – Sunday | 5 PM – 5 AM | $48.30/hr

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Technicians to support the New Spacecraft production. This role involves hands-on assembly, troubleshooting, and inspection of aerospace components in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use precision tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser trackers, etc.).
- Set up new production work areas, tooling, and equipment.
- Assist in the transition from development to production, including first article builds.
- Perform hardware inspections and second-party verifications per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions through modifications, repairs, and rework.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, etc.).
- Identify and lead process improvements for safety and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean work environment following 5S, FOD, and ESD standards.
- Work off-shift, overtime, and weekends when required.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or related fields.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Fluid and tubing installation, Instrumentation and electrical harness routing, Aerospace or launch vehicle assembly
- Ability to read engineering models, drawings, and work instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Military experience is valued.
