What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aseptic Line Operation Lead/Manager position at Intellipro Group Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the MES system for material receipt, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely communication of any material discrepancies.
- Supervise the execution of SOP tasks, regularly review shift logs and material usage records.
- Train staff on MES system operations and assess personnel for MES non-compliance.
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of the production line, achieving efficiency targets.
- Implement quality control standards, manage product quality on the production line.
- Implement TPM, 5S, and other management systems.
- Oversee personnel’s on-site operations.
- Inspect and ensure employees follow equipment operation guidelines. Conduct regular occupational health and safety inspections, rectify hazards, and collect and review the effectiveness of occupational health and safety activities.
- Conduct safety training, education, inspections, and improvement initiatives. Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree or higher.
- Major: Electromechanical or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in beverage production management.
- Knowledge and Skills:
o Familiarity with aseptic production lines and site management, including 5S, visual management, and cost control.
o Strong coordination and organizational capability, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective teamwork.

Pay: $70,000.93 - $150,000.22 per year
