Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Pay rate: $30/hr. to $36/hr.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and negotiate contractual provisions as necessary.
- Ability to interface directly with customers.
- Maintain the Contract Administration database.
- Generate reports as required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the Contracts Administration filing system.
- Draft simple agreements and letters.
- Assist with maintenance of template forms.
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Paralegal certificate a plus
- Minimum 5 years of business-related work experience
- Detail oriented, organized and able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of general contracting terms and language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
