- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of company offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HVAC regional sales managerial experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Familiarity with the appliance industry is a plus.
