- Answer and manage calls from various stakeholders, including builders, contractors, and customers.
- Provide accurate updates on service installation status using company systems (CSS and Maximo).
- Forward relevant information to Construction Services Agents for further action.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient communication between departments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using systems such as CSS and Maximo (preferred).
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus.
