About the Job

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Technical Sourcer to join our North America Talent Acquisition team. This role is instrumental in building top-tier technical pipelines to support our rapid business expansion. As part of a global tech leader, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage high-caliber candidates, with a strong focus on cloud technology talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future technical hiring needs.
• Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates, particularly in cloud infrastructure, software engineering, and related cloud technologies.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and referrals to identify and engage passive talent.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates through personalized messaging and timely follow-ups.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, technical fit, and interest before handing off to recruiters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing trackers.
• Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

• 3 years of technical sourcing experience, ideally within fast-paced or global technology organizations.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and current industry trends; prior experience sourcing cloud technology talent is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, SeekOut, etc.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
