Job Overview:
We are seeking a VP/Head of GTM (Demand Generation) with a strong startup background to drive pipeline growth and scale revenue. This role is ideal for an execution-focused leader who excels in resourceful demand-generation strategies and has a proven track record of scaling early-stage AI or SaaS startups from $1M to $10M ARR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
  • Optimize outbound, inbound, and conversion strategies using data-driven insights and continuous experimentation.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for enterprise sales, navigating long sales cycles and expansion within large accounts.
  • Scale AI/SaaS startup growth through creative and cost-effective demand generation tactics.
  • Build and manage high-performance GTM teams, fostering a culture of execution and experimentation.
  • Leverage industry networks, including VC-backed communities (Sequoia, a16z, First Round, OpenView, etc.), to enhance market presence.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a startup environment, with a strong commitment to early-stage growth.
  • 5-10 years of experience in demand generation, GTM strategy, or enterprise sales (ideal)
  • Proven track record of scaling early-stage AI or SaaS startups from $1M to $10M ARR through GTM strategies.
  • Strong execution mindset—hands-on in driving pipeline growth without relying on large budgets.
  • Experience with enterprise sales strategies, including land-and-expand models.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, focusing on continuous optimization of GTM efforts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment, with a scrappy and results-driven approach.

Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
