Job Summary

As a Solution Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient integration of new customers into products and services. You will lead onboarding programs, build strong customer relationships, and provide ongoing support to ensure a successful customer transition.

After onboarding, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, fostering customer retention and satisfaction. Your role requires excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

• Work autonomously under the guidance of the Onboarding Manager to meet monthly activation goals.
• Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences based on customer needs and requirements.
• Conduct onsite and remote onboarding sessions to assess networking needs and implement the POS system.
• Create and lead customized onboarding plans for restaurant owners, ensuring a smooth Go-Live phase.
• Train restaurant owners and staff to effectively use the POS system, establishing best practices for daily operations.
